Arms dealing. Drug trafficking. Mercenary contracts. Every kind of business "respectable" nations pretend doesn't exist, but ultimately rely on.

At the top of it all, Ileina Corleone. Charismatic, ruthless and universally respected, Ileina was the one holding YENA together from tearing itself apart.

Then, her ship went down over Granmachia territory. Officially, a tragic accident. Nobody on YENA believes that.

With no successor named and no one willing to let this chance pass them by, YENA's top executives are clamoring. Seven executives. Seven motivations. Seven very different plans for what comes next.

YENA: Succession War began life as an independent Japanese release by 96gumi, Once Upon a Time in Phlogiston. Part of an expansive universe called The Phlogiston Tales, the original crowdfunding campaign blew past its goal to raise over ¥7.2 million.
